Most happy when spending time with my wife and two boys and on very rare occasions…….. The golf course. In South Africa, completed the highest Bungee jump (at that time) in the World, 216 meters….. Gulp!

Having joined Churchfield back in 2007 I am now entering my 11th year in the industry. Now Associate Partner and ARLA qualified I head up both the lettings and holiday lettings departments, working closely with the staff to ensure our clients get the best possible service. I enjoy travel, food and music, but in reality spend my time washing and tidying up after my two very lovely but messy children!

I started my journey at Churchfield as an apprentice while still at college in the Lettings department where I then ventured to Sales. I am now do Marketing and Business Development and have a real passion for anything property. I am very creative and really excel with coming up with and implementing new marketing ideas and different ways of pushing our business forward.

I specialize in the acquisitions and sales of land and investments, predominantly in the Bournemouth and Poole areas. I enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and spending time with my family and friends.
Nick Wilden
With well over 20 years in estate agency Nick brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the residential sales industry. having lived in Bournemouth for over 46 years Nick also has extensive knowledge of the local area. He is passionate about making his clients home move as stress free as possible in what can be one of the most stressful times in their lives. In his spare time Nick has a passion for classic Volkswagens and likes to get away in his Vw Camper with friends and spend time with his family as much as he can. He can be found frequently walking on the Jurassic Coast or in the New Forest.

I am the Lettings Manager at Churchfield and have been a member of team since 2016. I am ARLA qualified and have a wide knowledge of the lettings market and legislation. I pride myself on top quality customer service and long lasting relationships with our clients. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family.
Ella Hailes
After completing my work experience at Churchfield when I was 14 years old, I always knew I wanted to come back and be a part of the team. Now 6 years later, after working in customer service since leaving sixth form, I am now part of the lettings department.
Jessica Narvicius
I have worked as a Property Manager for several years and joined the Churchfield team in March 2020. My role as Property Manager primarily includes dealing with maintenance issues and carrying out routine property inspections. When not a work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and travelling.
Jenny Smith
I am the Administrator at Churchfield. I undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. I have been known to hoover my house up to three times a day.
